A 15th-century noble town house in North Nicosia.
What to see at Lusignan House
- A two-storey cut-stone house around an inner courtyard, with a Gothic-arched doorway.
- Over the doorway are coats of arms, one thought to be that of the Venetian Pisani family.
- Inside, the ground floor is furnished in Lusignan style and the upper floor in Ottoman, with an Ottoman bay window and decorated wooden ceilings.
History of Lusignan House

- The traveller Pero Tafur is a guest of Princess Agnes, of the Lusignan royal family, in her house here.

- Two Turkish families, then the Classen couple, use it as a home and weaving workshop until this year.
Visiting Lusignan House
Allow about half an hour. The house is inside the walled city of Lefkoşa. A car park is mapped about 100 m away, and intercity buses stop at Kyrenia Gate (Girne Kapısı), about 550 m on foot. The museum is titled Lefkoşa from the Middle Ages to Today.
